Do you work with domestic customers?

Yes. We support homeowners, landlords and eligible tenants with a range of heating, insulation and renewable upgrade enquiries.

Do you work with commercial customers?

Yes. We also support commercial clients and property stakeholders with suitable heating, energy efficiency and low-carbon upgrade enquiries.

How do I get a quote?

Can I book a survey?

Yes. Where appropriate, we can arrange a survey to assess the property and discuss suitable options.

What is private paid work?

Private paid work means the customer pays directly for the installation or upgrade service following quotation and survey.

What is the difference between private and funded work?

Private work is quoted and paid for directly by the customer. Funded scheme enquiries follow separate eligibility, property and scheme requirements and are not available for every applicant or property.

Can I enquire about ECO4?

Yes. We can help with initial ECO4 enquiries and explain the process. ECO4 support is subject to eligibility, property suitability and current scheme criteria.

Can I enquire about the Boiler Upgrade Scheme?

Yes. We can help with Boiler Upgrade Scheme enquiries where the property and project may be suitable, subject to current scheme requirements.

Does everyone qualify for funded support?

No. Funded support is subject to eligibility, property suitability and current scheme rules.

Is funding guaranteed?

No. Funding is not guaranteed and depends on eligibility, property details and available routes at the time of enquiry.
